Latest Update: More of our studio management software features have been completed!!

Another few weeks have gone by and we are super excited to see Studio Ninja getting closer and closer to completion. Since the last update we have been crazy busy developing the Contracts, Questionnaires, Address Book and Jobs Overview features of the software!

Features of Studio Ninja business management software are getting completed

Behind the scenes, building those features has been almost impossible. We have spent countless hours brainstorming, debating, working late, drinking too much coffee and trying to get the functionality to work perfectly. One of the biggest hurdles and most important challenges is to make sure Studio Ninja is ridiculously simply to use while at the same time being super powerful! 

 

 

Yuan has done an amazing job with the designs and Simon has tested the crap out of the software! And the good news is, it’s all coming together. We have completed the following features:

 

Contracts:

You can now create your own contracts in Studio Ninja OR use our pre-made Wedding, Portrait or Commercial contracts that are already saved in the system! The best part is your clients can electronically sign your contracts in their own private Client Portal. Once contracts are signed, they will automatically be updated into the Job Profile page and saved in the system. Too easy!

 

Questionnaires:

You can now create your own customised questionnaires in Studio Ninja OR use some of our pre-made ones! Questionnaires are a great way to get additional information out of your clients. For example, get your wedding clients to tell you everything about their wedding day including timing of events as well as specific family shots they would like. You can also ask a family portrait client questions about their family, names and ages of everyone and the pets, what style of photography do they like or even where do they intend to hang their new wall portraits!

 

Client Portal:

Every time your clients need to pay an invoice, accept a quote, sign a contract or fill out a questionnaire, they will do it from their private client portal. The system records everything so you don’t have to do a thing!

 

Address Book:

You can see a list of all your clients in the system. Clients can be dynamically searched easily just be typing a couple of letters in the Search Box. You can also send clients emails directly from here and to speed things up just use a pre-saved email from the template list.

 

Jobs Overview Page:

This page displays a really awesome overview of all your active and completed jobs in the system. This page also shows a great overview of where all your jobs are at. Each job in the list will display a progress bar based on how many tasks have been completed and also show the next task in the list for each job.

 


 

We are coming down to the home stretch, but there are still a few more mega features that we need to nut out and create. These include quotes, workflows, automation, the calendar and the all-might dashboard that gives you an amazing snap shot of your business every time you sign in.
