November Studio Ninja Update

From the beginning we have been very transparent and honest with all of you and we’re working our asses off to bring you the best possible product that we can create. We are SO grateful for this group being so active and regularly providing awesome feedback, suggestions and ideas, and it’s because of you guys that Studio Ninja is turning into a really nice piece of software. Thank you!

Today we had our 400th user sign up to Studio Ninja!

I’m really really sorry that we have been slow developing new features. We made an executive decision to hold off on all new features and put all our resources into bug fixing and making Studio Ninja faster, cleaner and basically more robust behind the scenes in preparation for more growth. As a result, all of November has been spent doing this stuff, but it was the right thing to do long term.

Tonight at midnight (Melbourne time) we will deploy 95% of the bug fixes and new code. I will get in touch with you all individually in relation to bugs that have been fixed. We will also deploy:
– The new Email Log on the Client Profile page
– Ability to change login details in the settings
– IOS and Android Studio Ninja icon for your phones 🙂

MOVING FORWARD! We have one more week of bug fixing scheduled and then we are full steam ahead on new features, including:
– Xero Integration
– Rounded Integration
– A Refer a Friend feature that will discount your subscription
– Link your own email servers to Studio Ninja
– New Job Profile page redesign
– Auto Send Receipt to clients who make a credit card payment
– Stripe metadata update to show where payments are coming from
– Contact form updates
– Allow $0 invoices (for gift vouchers)
– More validations and help in software to prevent user mistakes
– Multi currency option

Then we’ll start the Workflows overhaul!
