We’ve just released another MASSIVE update! If you’d like to know the details, please read on…

The following new features were released:

  • Job with NO date: If you’re a portrait, maternity, newborn or commercial photographer, you’re going to love this! You can now create a job that doesn’t have a date – woohoo! When adding a new job, just click on the new tickbox ‘No date has been confirmed yet’ and you’re good to go. There are a couple of new rules associated with this, so read them carefully.

  • Main Shoot: The terminology has changed slightly. What used to be called Job Scheduled is now called Main Shoot. We did this in preparation for our next update which will include Extra shoots 🙂

  • Client Portal Welcome Lightbox: We’ve included a helpful little lightbox popup for your clients when they visit their Client Portal for the first time.

  • Calendar Updates: You can now right click on jobs to open them in a new tab. You can also click the back button from a job and go back to the same calendar month that you were on previously. Lastly, we have highlighted today’s date on the date pickers throughout the whole app.

 

  • Contract Signatures: The contract now accepts up to 2 signatures in the Client Portal (for example the bride and the groom) and YOU can also sign a contract from the Job Profile > View Contract page.

 

  • Template order: All templates throughout the whole app now appear in alphabetical order.

Also, just to keep you in the loop, these are the major features we’re working on:

  • We have a demo scheduled with Xero on Friday to continue moving forward.
  • Rounded integration
  • Add multiple shoots and appointments to a job
  • Lead management and automation
  • New dashboard and reporting
  • New integrations with Quickbooks, Square and Pixieset
  • More powerful questionnaires that update job fields

Plus some smaller stuff too:

  • Add attachments to email templates
  • Add attachments to the job profile page
  • Email tracking
  • Auto add a surcharge to invoices paid by credit card
  • Allow $0 invoices (for vouchers)
  • Double booking warning when creating a new job
  • Export job info to a CSV file
  • Stay signed in tickbox
  • mm/dd/yyyy and 24 hour options
  • Calendar starts on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday options
  • Ability to send multiple package options in one quote

There’s also a lot that I haven’t mentioned but this stuff will keep us busy for the next few months 🙂
