Customer Success Partner

About Studio Ninja:

Studio Ninja is a cutting-edge photography management software that empowers photographers to streamline their business operations, manage clients, and enhance their photography services. We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Customer Success Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving growth and engagement within the US photography community.

Role Overview:

As the Customer Success Partner at Studio Ninja, you will be the driving force behind building and nurturing relationships within the photography community across the United States. Your primary focus will be on fostering connections, increasing subscriptions, and expanding our customer base. You’ll report to the Head of Sales & Marketing, and collaborate closely with our marketing and customer service teams to create a vibrant and engaged Studio Ninja community.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate potential Studio Ninja ambassadors and partners within the US photography industry.
  • Strategically attend and participate in US-based photography events, including trade shows, workshops, and conferences, to promote Studio Ninja and establish brand presence.
  • Develop and execute online events, such as webinars and virtual workshops, to showcase the features and benefits of Studio Ninja to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a seamless introduction to Studio Ninja’s platform.
  • Monitor and engage with conversations within the US photography community on social media, forums, and other online platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging video content showcasing Studio Ninja’s features and benefits, to foster community engagement and promote Studio Ninja’s value.
  • Provide regular updates to the internal team on community insights, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in working as a professional photographer or in a photography studio.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Photography, Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, Arts, etc.
  • Deep understanding of the US photography landscape and familiarity with key industry events and players.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong networking abilities with the capability to identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with potential partners and ambassadors.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and conducting online events to engage prospects and customers.
  • Comfortable with regular domestic travel within the US, as well as occasional international travel for major events.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and online community management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
  • Passion for photography and a genuine interest in helping photographers succeed in their businesses.

Hours:

  • Typical hours: 4 hrs/day between 8am-4pm PST 
  • Trade show hours: 8 hrs/day, and each trade show typically runs for 3 days.
